Since its first edition in 2012, Hum Honge Kamyab has stood as Kawish's flagship motivational programme — bringing role models face-to-face with over a thousand Urdu-medium students every year. In 2024, the programme completed a decade of impact. HHK 10 was staged as a grand anniversary edition, with the community's most respected names joining the students on stage, alongside the same mix of drama, role-model interaction and modern presentation that has defined the event since its first year.
Padma Shri · President, Anjuman-I-Islam
A practising radiologist and President of the 150-year-old Anjuman-I-Islam — one of India's largest minority education networks, running close to 100 schools and colleges. Dr. Kazi was conferred the Padma Shri, India's fourth-highest civilian honour, in January 2024 for his four-decade contribution to education. At HHK 10 he joined Kawish on stage to felicitate the year's role models and encourage students to keep chasing excellence.
MLA, Bhiwandi East
A two-term Member of the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly from Bhiwandi East and a former Mumbai municipal corporator known for staying closely engaged with the communities he represents. Rais Shaikh joined HHK 10 to encourage Kawish's Urdu-medium students toward education and active civic participation.
Indian Police Service
An Indian Police Service officer whose address anchored one of HHK 10's most rousing moments, delivered under the banner "If I Can, You Can." Speaking directly to the Urdu-medium students filling the auditorium, he urged them not to let their circumstances set their ceiling — drawing a straight line between discipline in the classroom today and the uniform he now wears.
Every HHK edition is built around this exchange — role models speaking directly to students, face to face.
Doctors, officers, engineers, educators and achievers — honoured on stage for inspiring the next generation.

Mega motivational event for 1,000+ SSC students role models, drama, orientation and modern learning techniques.
Kawish arranges a very unique and useful programme for the students of standard X of Urdu medium. This programme is held in the splendid auditorium of Nehru Science Centre, attended by nearly more than 1,000 students.
This programme is aimed at target orientation, modern learning methods and reducing inferiority complex. Encouraging the students through the interaction of role models and with dramas is in its objectives. The students are encouraged in the healthy environs of an air-conditioned hall with the help of video clips and presentations.
The first programme of Hum Honge Kamyab was organised in Nehru Auditorium on 29th January 2012, in which the Urdu students were introduced to role models Dr. Atiqur Rehman and Dr. Waqar Ansari (renowned surgeons of Mumbai). In the same programme, Principal Mr. Ziya-ur-Rehman and Principal Ms. Saba Patel were awarded for their excellence in the field of education.
The second edition of this programme was organised on 29th January 2013 at the same venue. IPS officer Mr. Qaiser Khalid, IIT degree holder Khan Shehbaz, and a doctor who overcame a disability from a freak railway accident (a source of inspiration to students) were introduced as role models — all impressing the audience with marvellous speeches. Mr. Rehan Ansari from Bhiwandi was awarded for his excellent work for Urdu scripture.
The third edition was held at the same venue on 1st January 2015. Kawish invited Dr. Shah Faisal from Kashmir, who stood first in one of India's toughest examinations, the IAS exam. A drama named “Target” by Mr. Mujeeb Khan was also presented and appreciated by the students. IIT graduate Mr. Faisal Ansari, IIM graduate Mr. Baghban Zeeshan and a master's degree holder in nanotechnology, Mr. Irfan Khan, participated as role models. Mementos were presented to Mr. Shaikh Anwarul Haq (Principal, Al-Ittehad School, Jogeshwari), Mr. Ali M. Shamsi, Dr. Zaheer Qazi, Dr. Saudique Patel and Mr. Shabbir Shakir for excellence in education. A book on English grammar by Mr. Ashfaque Lal Khan was also released.
On 1st February 2015, the fourth edition was held in Meena Tai Thackeray Hall, Bhiwandi, with Mr. Wasim-ur-Rehman (religious scholar, doctor and IRS Assistant Income Tax Commissioner) participating as a role model, alongside Mr. Rizwan Ahmed (Divisional Engineer, Indian Railways, Central Zone, and Indian Engineering Services officer). Arranged with the principals' organisations of Bhiwandi and Raigad, the event drew large numbers of educators, students and community members.
