Specialised programme developing higher-order thinking in Mathematics — moving SSC students beyond rote learning into real problem-solving.
Why This Programme
Kawish identified that Urdu-medium students faced significant difficulties with Higher Order Thinking (HOT) problems, and decided to guide selected students directly with mathematics experts to close that gap.
Annual Seminar
In this yearly seminar, selected Urdu-medium students were guided by experts through the easiest ways to solve Algebra and Geometry problems. Kawish also invited teachers from other mediums, and the idea proved so successful that it encouraged similar workshops to be arranged across Maharashtra.
Science CD Initiative
To make the teaching-learning process more effective and connect it with modern technology, Kawish offered a science CD for teaching Science in Standard X.
Engaging Learning Tools
With colourful pictures and attractive videos, every means was explored to make science engaging and accessible for students.
